Will Hook n Go fit my pram?
Hook n Go fits any pram or stroller with a chassis bar between 13–47mm (approx. 1/2" – 1-7/8"). Grab a tape measure or vernier caliper, measure the diameter of the bar you'd like to clamp onto, and if it's in that range, you're good. If you're unsure, send us a message before ordering and we'll help you check.
Will it scratch or mark my pram?
The clamp is designed to grip firmly without damaging your pram's finish with the use of rubber pads.
How quick is it to attach?
Under 10 seconds, no tools needed. Clamp it on, tighten, and you're set. You'll receive a QR code for a video with your Hook n Go.
Can it hold things other than bikes and scooters?
Yes, it's a hook, so anything that fits will hang from it. Bags, helmets, water bottles, jackets. Whatever you'd otherwise be juggling.
What if it doesn't fit my pram?
Reach out within the return window and we'll sort it. Just include a photo of your chassis bar so we can troubleshoot or process a return.
When will my order ship?
Practical Parent Co ships all open orders on the weekend. They are dropped off to the Post Office Monday morning.
