Shipping policy

When your order ships. All orders are packed on weekends for postage on Monday morning with Australia Post (occasionally Tuesday morning after a public holiday). You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is packed. All products are despatched from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.

Australian Shipping:
Standard: Free on orders $40+, $10 under $40
Express: $10 on orders $40+, $15 under $40

Delivery times:
All orders, Express included, are posted on Monday
Express is faster once it’s in the post
Orders usually arrive in 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Express postage is quicker, but has the same Monday postage day.

International. Shipping depends on the destination country and how much is in the parcel, and is shown in your currency at checkout before you pay. Delivery times vary by destination. Any import duties or taxes set by your country are paid by you. For United States customers, duties are paid by Practical Parent Co.

Carrier. All orders go with Australia Post, with tracking.

Damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, email support@practicalparentco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the damaged goods, for a replacement to be sent.
