Ordering & shipping
Where do you ship from?
Every order is packed and posted from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Practical Parent Co is a small, family-run Australian business.
How much is shipping?
Australia: Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Under $50, standard shipping is $8 and Express is $12. Express is $6 on orders over $50.
International: Flat $25 AUD. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 2–10 business days. Once posted you'll get an Australia Post tracking number by email. Australian delivery is generally 2–7 business days after dispatch depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to most of Europe, the UK, USA, Canada and New Zealand. Delivery times vary by destination.
Returns & warranty
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Return postage is paid by the customer and a small restocking fee may apply. Email hello@practicalparentco.com.au to start a return.
My item arrived damaged or faulty — what do I do?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Hook n Go
Will Hook n Go fit my pram?
Hook n Go fits any pram or stroller with a chassis bar between 13–47 mm (about 1/2"–1-7/8"). Measure the round bar on your pram frame where you'd like the hooks to sit. If you're not sure, send us a photo before you order.
Will it scratch or mark my pram?
The clamp tightens with a padded thumb screw designed to grip firmly without marking your frame. Avoid over-tightening.
How quick is it to attach?
Under 10 seconds per hook, no tools. Unwind the thumb screw, position it on the bar, tighten.
What can it hold?
Balance bikes, scooters, trikes, helmets and bags — anything that fits over the hook.
What if it doesn't fit my pram?
It's covered by our 30-day return policy — contact us and we'll sort it out.
PerchMount
Will PerchMount fit my portacot?
Yes — it clamps over the top rail or bar of any portable cot, regardless of brand.
Does it fit the Cubo AI Monitor 3 specifically?
Yes. PerchMount is designed specifically for the Cubo AI Smart Baby Monitor 3 for a snug, secure hold. It does not fit other monitor models.
Does it come with the monitor?
No — PerchMount is the mount only. You add your own Cubo AI Smart Baby Monitor 3.
Can I use it in both bassinet and cot mode?
Yes. The mount elevates and offsets the camera so you get a full view of the mattress in both modes.
Any travel tips?
If you'll be using your Cubo on hotel WiFi, pack a travel router — the Cubo needs a secure, password-protected network to connect.
