Processing time
Orders are packed and posted from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland within 2–10 business days. You'll receive an Australia Post tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Australian shipping rates
- Orders over $50: Free standard shipping. Express $6.
- Orders under $50: Standard $8, Express $12.
International shipping
We ship to most of Europe, the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada and New Zealand for a flat $25 AUD. Delivery times vary by destination. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Carrier
All orders ship with Australia Post, with tracking.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@practicalparentco.com.au within 7 days with photos and your order number and we'll replace it.
Returns & refunds
30-day returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, with all original packaging, plus your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email hello@practicalparentco.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with the return address (PO Box 7033, Sippy Downs QLD 4556). Return postage is paid by the customer and a small restocking fee may apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
European Union — 14-day cooling-off
If your order ships to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
